    Had a battle with the staff lady at the front who couldn’t speak any English.Tried to charge me £ for a milkshake, glad I checked.Then when I tried to explain again she could not understand my order for a simple milkshake and side of salt and pepper squid its not hard.I’m usually not one to complain, but had I not of checked I’d have been scammed extra £ quid. When I left I asked for a straw but she’s gave me a box of tissues

    It used to be excellent but it has gone downhill recently, I’m not sure if it has changed ownership. Burgers used to be customisable- not anymore, they have swapped the plain bun for a sesame bun which one person in our house can’t have so that was a disappointment. Dirty fries portion has halved and they are not as generous with their toppings. Won’t be ordering from here again sadly. What a shame.

    What a weird place it's totally bleak and empty and they can't serve you the food you want... Never been to a takeaway away that can't give me a cheese burger.I don't understand what their business does. They don't have food. They have preset non fresh food that's super over priced. I only wanted a cheese they insisted on adding bacon and other things. I didn't want bacon but there was no option for a normal cheese burger. I literally don't understand what they do.

    Dreadful. Made order at the till with someone with no brain, so had to guide her through the entire order also the menus are impossible to read. Payed £ for burger meals that were so so bad. Chips with kg of salt poured on them and then p for small dip. burger burnt and tasteless, the other hard with lettuce from not to mention basically no sauce in them at all. Stomach literally burning right after, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GENUINELY.
